Wild Berry Boost

INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder (Vanilla)
1 c (250 ml) milk or soy milk
4 raspberries
2 strawberries
8 blueberries
½ c (125 ml) crushed ice

INSTRUCTIONS:
Pour milk or soy milk into blender. Add berries and 1 scoop LeanFit whey protein powder. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Add crushed ice and blend on high speed for another 60 seconds until light and frothy.
